Working with John McBride, Group Five started with a base model 2006 Mega Cab Dodge truck and developed a unique twist for a show truck. Entries totaling in the thousands were reviewed, and with less than a handful dispensed; Group Five was selected to work with DCX to redesign the Mega Cab known as the Mega Low for the 2006 SEMA show. While the majority of submission focused on how many shocks or high can a Mega Cab go, we decide to put this truck on the ground and grace it with a NASCAR theme. While blending smooth lines and a simple, but functional interior; the Mega Low will prove to be a functional truck that emits style and race appeal. In order to make this a virtual realistic and useable truck all the component parts developed from this truck will be applicable to the aftermarket industry for the 2006 Mega Cab truck line and those Dodge trucks using a six foot bed.
