Group Five Limited and its in house Design studio,
has been in operation since 1988. Group Five Ltd. is
an Arizona State licensed New Manufacture and has
holdings in several subsidiaries in the U.S. and
overseas.
Group Five Limited can quickly multi task several
phases of development in virtually any automotive
aftermarket product. Utilizing and our in house
design staff and key contractors, your product is
transferred from a design into a production reality.
Imagine shorter lead times, bringing your product to
market faster than any large scale design studio.
Starting with the technical feasibility study of
your idea, a rendering is composed, we then analyze
your concept and financial budget. An initial
evaluation of your design allows us to build a
virtual prototype for you to review and make crucial
changes as needed for a production component.
Utilizing a digital mock, in Alias software, the
product is refined even more before we move into
master model know as a part in white. Based on the
evaluation a solution is suggested to fit your
manufacturing needs. If you feel the need to test
the market with a new body kit for example, and are
not ready for stamped die cut production molds we
can develop simple small production tooling for a
fraction of the cost of production molds without
suffering on quality.
